What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email, phone number and message you type into it. When you use the booking page, we collect the name, email and phone number you type in, along with the day and time you request.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and, if you book an appointment, to schedule and confirm that appointment. If you check either text messaging box on the booking form, we also use your phone number to send the messages described in that checkbox.
Where it's stored
Information submitted through the contact and booking forms is stored in the business's customer-relationship management system, which we use to keep track of enquiries and appointments.
Live chat
This site may include a live-chat widget. That widget is operated by our messaging provider, and anything a visitor types into the chat window is received by that provider on our behalf so we can respond.
Cookies and similar tracking
This site may use cookies or similar small files placed by the live-chat widget so it can remember an open conversation, and it may use an analytics tag to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used. These tools do not collect payment information, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles.
How we protect your information
Forms on this site are submitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Submitted information is held in the business's password-protected customer-relationship system, and access to it is limited to the people who work at Sandstone Ridge Tax & Bookkeeping.
SMS and text messages
Phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this site are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. They are used only to send the messages you agreed to receive when you opted in.
